Bio

Chuck Dokmo is a leader with 20 years of experience, a bias for action, and a passion for helping teams be successful at scale. He is keen to serve and bless his community by acquiring, owning, operating, and growing a small business.

He has expertise in leadership, management, strategy, process improvement, and data/analytics in operations, supply chain, logistics, and product development.

Chuck has led organizations of 240+ people and built teams from scratch. He has started brand new functions within existing companies, improved multiple existing business functions (and adjacent functions), and led a multi-year, global, enterprise-wide turnaround for a critical IT function.

Chuck has held leadership roles in middle-market companies ($700M to $6B range) with industry experience in B2B services, apparel manufacturing, and omni-channel retail. He has also consulted for diverse clients, including an international NGO and a national health insurance provider.

Chuck served 11 years in the United States Air Force as an officer and special operations navigator on large aircraft.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (Purdue) and master’s degrees in supply chain & logistics engineering (MIT) and international development (Tufts).

Chuck is backed by Acquira, an advisory firm and community of business owners. Acquira provides training, coaching, and support for acquisition entrepreneurs before, during, and after an acquisition.

Chuck makes his home in Colorado Springs, with his wife and two children. He is active in his local church, enjoys quality time with family and friends, is often in pursuit of mountain adventures, and constantly hungers to learn new things.
